Veal

Our British Rosé and Dutch Veal are bred and produced with a commitment to the highest possible standards of animal welfare.

British Veal is sensitively and carefully reared for up to 9 months on straw bedding, in loose housing, and typically fed on a mixture of fibre based and milk feeds.  This regime ensures the meat is naturally low in saturated fat, maintains good levels Omega 3 but is delicate in flavour, succulent and tender.
